Kiravans VW T5 door store (left sliding door) extra storage DIY Campervan. KIRAVANS T5/T6 DOOR STORE (Left sliding door). Designed to fit the sliding left door of a T5 & T6 perfectly the Door Store is simply attached using original VW panel poppers. The Door Store instantly allows you to take advantage of the voids inside the sliding door. Manufactured in the UK from tough textured plastic.
Textured factory look finish in grey to compliment your existing OEM panels. Loads of instant extra storage.No loss of living space. Includes 3 separate storage pockets. 20 x'longer' panel trim clips in grey for quick installation are included.
Suitable for LEFT Side sliding doors only (not left side and not fixed panels). Please note: The door Store will not fit if your door release cable is routed through the hole in the middle void (see video on right). Please note: It will not fit T5 Shuttles. Normally the doors are simply covered in a piece of carpeted board - which just leaves you with a large flat piece of carpet to stare at, thinking to yourself every evening.
There must be something better I could do with that space. How to fit the Door Store. 1 remove whatever is currently on your door panel.
2 present the panel to your door, aligning the CNC cut holes with the OEM fixing holes in your door. 3 push in your poppers very firmly. Long panel clips included (20 of) in light grey.The photo shows one possible use of the panel - we drilled a couple of extra holes to fit the torch holder. Does work with'auto' doors but a small relay will have to be drilled out and re-located. Once fitted, check thoroughly that there is no contact between the DoorStore and your van's rear panel when door is slid open. Do not overload the storage pockets as contents may contact van when door is opened. THIS PRODUCT IS COMPATIBLE WITH.
