Van Furniture Birch Ply Sliding Beds. Unique 15mm birch ply sliding beds with 3/4 rock & roll bed width of 1100mm meaning these fit VW campers with side kitchen units installed. Our Van Furniture sliding beds fit VW T4, T5 & T6 Transporters, Vivaros, Transit Custom, Sprinter and most large vans. Our birch plywood sliding beds are tested to over 200kg, Van Furniture manufacture the strongest sliding camper beds on the market. Fitted with two front doors with catches and hinged lids for easy storage access. Supplied with large wheel arch cut out to fit all wheel arches up to 350mm high. Our ply sliding beds are easy to finish with an oil, Oils like Osmo Oil are easy and fast to apply giving the birch ply both protection and a stunning finish, oils are now available in a wide range of colours. CNC machined and supplied as flat pack kit, our kits are supplied with all required hinges, push catches, joining blocks and heavy duty 50mm confirmat screws. Our sliding bed kits come with detailed printed assembly instructions. Our beds are easy to install, recommended fitting: Simple screw the beds together and fix down using small corner brackets on the inside down in to your ply floor. Easy to remove if required.
