Believe me when I say I have a genuine reason - a 76 swallowtail in a very rare colour. I have since modified it, had work done to it, sourced rare parts for it and enjoyed it for the sleeper it has become, including a very large bill for the engine conversion done by Crazy Quiffs. Here is a list of all the parts and work it's had since owning it, and I think you'll agree it has had a good amount of work done.Mk1 golf series 1 inari silver vr5 2.3 20v 180ish BHP. Engine bay has been smoothed and repainted in original colour. New front end and wings.Inlet manifold painted to match car. Engine and gearbox painted black. This car was made to look original other than having a more powerful engine, loud exhaust and a few other parts like the bumpers. It does as some point require a respray, that was one of the things on my list. I can take parts off the car that will affect the price like the bumpers (I have a stock black set somewhere).
