Designed and Hand made in the UK. Ergonomically designed to increase comfort, reduce weight and increase structural stiffness.

Constructed from 3 laser cut 5251 Aluminium sheets and fully TIG welded to assure dimensional precision. Multiple swaged holes to reduce weight and increase stiffness, whilst also carrying the bomber style. 4 floor mounting points located on the base plate to allow for flat fixing. Pressed and Beaded detail to increase the stiffness of the base and spread fixing pressure along the whole seat. Runners can be supplied for this seat if required, please get in touch for info.

2 Pressed lap belt slots to allow for safety belting up to 80mm in width through the sides of the seat. Rolled edges to remove any sharp points, yet keep the bomber style intact. Wheeled main and lower sheet provides a smooth interacting corner, keeps the older manufacturing process's in construction and improves overall comfort of the seat. Wheeled, rolled, assembled and welded in-house in Oxfordshire, UK.

Dimensions (mm/inch) - Height- Overall - 520mm / 20.5. Width- Front Inside - 407mm / 16. Hip - 407mm / 16. Please note - the dimensions shown above can be altered slightly (as much as 20mm in places) after the seat has been completed or after fixing in position to adjust for comfort.

Overall - 630mm / 24.75. Inside / Base - 476mm / 18.75 Rake Angle. 17° - Back to Base. 3.1 KG Smaller/larger seats can made if needed. Changes in design can also be made, so please get in touch for a quote.
