The system uses the latest manufacturing method printing on a transparent plastic sheet known as laser film which is then placed on top of a reflective substrate. We also include an application to be a number plate supplier form which can be used to apply for a licence with the DVLA. You will need to provide us with your RNPS number supplied by the DVLA before we are able to supply you with blank number plates.
