Therefore they can have minor surface marks etc. So if a mirror finish (on stainless items), or painted/powder coated finish is required, unless the pictures or listing state the item is powder coated then this is up to you to do if required. None of my brackets are load tested in any way, nor are they e marked or approved for road or any use etc.
