Replacement Rear Screen (Window) for BMW E36 Convertible. This is a zip-in window. Fits all years of the BMW E36 with a plastic, zip-in rear window. I believe this was 1992 - 1999. This is a new BMW Window built by me from all new components. I have made thousands of these Convertible windows. The plastic that I use is DOT (in the USA) approved, higher quality and longer lasting than OEM Peugeot plastic. The OEM plastic can be scratched with your fingernail. This plastic won't easily be scratched with your fingernail and is more flexible, meaning that it should be more resistant to cracking. A lot of people ask if they can do replace the window themselves. The old window unzips and the new window zips in. I supply the zipper slider necessary to do the operation (zipping and unzipping). You will need an assistant, and it should take 1-2 hours. It has been done in as little as 15 minutes.

The optional, darker, tinted plastic may or may not be DOT approved where you are. If you are looking for a "Limo Tint" this is NOT it.
