Please check our feedback for a peace of mind. Below is what we replace when we build these engines this is why we can give longer warranties. Full engine rebuild with new up rated chain and tensioner kit including gears and guides, new kolbenschmidt main bearings, new kolbenschmidt big end bearings, new npr (ne) piston rings, new elring seals and gaskets, cylinder heads skimmed and valve seats re cut with new elring stem seals.

We even change the ims shafts needle bearings. The engine is stripped to bare component. We then put all parts including the block into a high pressure cylindrical wash at high temperature with cleansing chemicals, this removes all carbon deposits and debris from previous failures. From this stage the Cylinder Block is re-honed.

Some may need to be re-bored & some may need re sleeving this would be at an extra cost. The Piston Rings are then changed. Connecting Rods are then checked. The Crankshaft is then checked and polished. After this the main and big end bearing shells are replaced with kolbenschmidt bearings.

The oil pump is then checked and reconditioned where possible. Cylinder Head is stripped down and checked for wear, pressure tested for cracks and then face machined.

Valves and guides are then checked for wear. After this valve seats are machined. Refaced valves are re cut, new stem seals are fitted and the head then vacuum tested.

From there we refit the rockers and followers. The Camshafts are then checked. The engine is then reassembled with new Elring gaskets and seals etc.
