Van Furniture VW T5 T6 V2 U Shape Bed System with Cushion Set. Our system is provided as a self built kit, everything is pre-drilled, supplied with all fixings and instructions. Lead time on laminated ply systems 6 - 8 weeks. We offer plain birch ply systems at 6 weeks. Note all lead times are approx and subject to change.

New updated design to allow easier assembly, greater storage access and availability of fitting a Porta Potti 145 from inside the van. Our U Shape Bed Sets are available in SWB & LWB T5 T6 sizes, please see drawings for further details. Constructed from the highest quality laminated 15mm birch ply for stunning finish, strength & hard wearing surface.

We do not use any MDF or Laminated chipboard like other systems on the market, we believe ours is both the strongest and lightest on the market. We have a demo unit on display in our showroom / workshops in Thetford, Norfolk, viewings by appointment or we can arrange further photos / videos to be sent.

We have a choice over 450 different laminates to choose from, colours can be viewed on the Geaves website, we use the Stylam and Gentas range. Laminate samples available from Geaves direct. Cushions upholstered in our dark grey fabric with 100mm foam cushions, note some cushions are 115mm to ensure the bed is perfectly flat when folded out into the bed position, our cushions are also shaped to follow the contour of the van. We are unable to offer bespoke upholstery at this time.

Optional drawer units on our U shape beds, LWB drawer units 1000mm, SWB drawer units 700mm, drawer runners are designed to hold 80kg. We do not charge extra for LWB systems, SWB & LWB u shape beds, cabinets & cushions are the same price. U Shape Bed Full System Includes. U Shape Bed / Seating Area.

Please note solid oak worktops require finishing with our self build kits. Customers have fitted our U Shape Bed Kits to a number of different van types, Ford Transit Custom, Vauxhall Vivaro etc, Van Furniture haven't tested these kits for fitment so please check measurements carefully before ordering, we cannot advise on fitting to other van types as we haven't tested this ourselves.
