You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this Agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The only exceptions here are instances where the John Craddock Ltd team deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been sent - a separate procedure is followed here which will be communicated to the customer accordingly. Feedback will be left after the order has been completed.
