On average, you should receive your Haldex unit back within 48 - 72 hours of you sending it to us. We are very busy during the winter months, and sometimes it might take an extra day so please bear with us!

If your Haldex Controller unit is deemed to be not faulty, we will thoroughly clean and re-coat the PCB board to ensure it will not corrode in the future. We will clean up the case to ensure a successful bond and repair any corrosion holes or replace the front cover if required, before resealing the unit correctly to ensure it is water tight.

If your Haldex Controller unit is beyond repair, we will call you to discuss your options below. Option 1: Offer you a brand new replacement board.
